We advocate for strong and bold leadership and action on important and pressing issues. BLUPAC conducts research, seminars, forums, and other educational programs for the public on issues of public concern. While BLUPAC’s philosophy on the issues might be consistent with that of a major political party, we conduct our activities in a non-partisan manner, and BLUPAC is not affiliated in any way with a political party. Our activities are primarily educational, and we are committed to building the social capital that binds neighborhoods, communities, cities, counties, and regions together.
Our strategies rely on communications and outreach efforts that adapt to the new modalities of a changing media landscape, and we seek to promote ideas aggressively in local and regional policy debates.
